Onboarding Training. You’ll complete on-the-job training during your first few days. In some cases, your training schedule will match the shift you selected. In other cases, you’ll have a fixed training schedule before transitioning to your chosen schedule.

You’ll learn to implement evidence‑based interventions, collect and analyze behavior data, use ABA practice management technology, and collaborate effectively with BCBAs.
We are committed to upskilling our team through free training, supervision support, and structured development programs. Eligible employees may also receive assistance toward advancing their education and pursuing higher ABA credentials.
You’ll be part of our clinical team providing direct, 1:1 support to children with autism and related developmental needs. As a Behavior Technician, you will implement treatment plans created by a BCBA, teach new skills, support behavior‑reduction goals, and collect accurate data to track progress.
No prior ABA experience is required — we provide all training needed to become a confident, effective Behavior Technician. This includes RBT training, hands‑on coaching, and ongoing professional development at no cost to you.
At Clear Progress ABA, our RBTs play a key role in helping children build meaningful communication, social, and daily living skills.
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism under BCBA supervision. Teach communication, social, and daily living skills while supporting positive behavior strategies. Full training and supervision provided. You’ll work closely with a BCBA, receive ongoing training, and be part of a supportive, mission‑driven team focused on ethical, high‑quality care.
At Clear Progress ABA, our BCBAs are the heart of our clinical quality. You’ll design meaningful, individualized programs, support families, and guide technicians with strong, ethical leadership. We value collaboration, transparency, and evidence‑based practice.
Our Student Analyst role is designed for individuals completing their BCBA coursework and supervision hours. You’ll work closely with an experienced BCBA, gain real‑world clinical skills, and contribute meaningfully to client progress while preparing for your future as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
